Shakira Threesome Sex Tape Is Real??

"Alejandro Sanz, Shakira and boyfriend in sex tape scandal - AOL Latino Música
Miami, April 2nd, 2008.- A home-made tape could involve Spanish singer-songwriter Alejandro Sanz, Colombian pop diva Shakira and her boyfriend, Antonio de la Rúa, in sexual intercourse together aboard a yacht owned by Sanz." Click on title for link to this breaking story.. err rumor.

Mysterygrimms Thoughts:

It must be sextape month in April or something...I don't get it. Or maybe I do and just felt like spreading this, soon to be real news like wildfire. It is all speculation right now. High-profile Colombian singer Shakira, was allegedly caught on tape having a threesome with her longterm boyfriend Antonio de la Rua and famed Latino singer Alejandro Sanz.

Unfortunately for Skakira and her alleged sexual cohorts, the sextape was stolen from Carlos González, his wife, Sylvia Alzate, and two of Sanz’ former employees.

They are being accused of stealing the home-made video and trying to blackmail the artist with its existence. Internet portal Infobae broke the news and now claims that the tape is currently in the custody of Colombian prosecutors. The police got a hold of this? Whewww...

I guess this is one of the spoils of being a celebrity in the 21st century. Anyways....those are my thoughts i'm going to hunt down this alledged tape...I MEAN will continue to follow up on any new updates. Grimms out.

CLCV: No on 98 and Yes on 99: Rent Control effects

CLCV: No on 98 and Yes on 99: Rent Control effects: "Save Rent Control!
Why Renters Should OPPOSE Prop. 98: The Landlords’ Hidden Agendas Scheme to Eliminate Rent Control and Renter-Protections

Wealthy apartment and mobile home park owners are spending millions on a deceptive campaign to pass Prop. 98 for their own financial gain. These landlords want voters to believe that Prop. 98 – dubbed the Hidden Agendas Scheme – is about eminent domain. But their hidden agenda is to eliminate rent control so they can make hundreds of millions of dollars by raising rents on seniors and working families."

Mysterygrimms Thoughts: Well peeps! Looks like their trying to force rent control upon California residents with Prop 98. Unfortunately there has been no "Rent Control" in the state of Massachusetts for some time now. 7 years or so.

Gentrification

Gentrification is a real problem in our communities.... and communities around the 50 states. It goes on in many impoverished neighborhoods, in urban cities and towns. Basically... it’s all the construction you seem to see, everywhere you go, where they convert projects and run down apartments into nice townhouses and condo’s.

It’s good for rich and comfortable middle class folks, and bad for poor folks, folks who mostly fall into the African American, Hispanic race category (The Minority). I found this interesting article or definition in detail on what Gentrification means and where the term was created from. Read the article or term below. Link is provided below as well (copy and paste works wonders).

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gentrification

"Gentrification, or urban gentrification, is a phenomenon in which low-cost, physically deteriorated neighborhoods undergo physical renovation and an increase in property values, along with an influx of wealthier residents who may displace the prior residents".

Ric Flair Farewell

Well one of my favorite WWE stars and wrestlers of all time retired this past Monday. On WWE Monday Night Raw. He lost to WWE Superstar Shawn Michaels in a retirement match at Wrestlemania 24. I'm going to dedicate the good ol' Ric Flair days with adding an addition to my blog. The original Four Horseman Theme song. Farewell Ric Flair. One of the best ever to grace a wrestling ring period!

Interesting read. Celebrities get special treatment on airlines that the average human being like you and me, never will get in this lifetime. Sad when you don't have money or power. You get treated like a peasant. I'm off to somewhere in internet land.

Consumers turn grim; house prices slid in Jan - Yahoo! News

Consumers turn grim; house prices slid in Jan - Yahoo! News:

Click the above^^^ link to read this story about the consumer housing market prices turning us everyday working people grim. I don't know man......The next president, whether it's a white women, black man, or old white man, better have a solution for this housing, oil, and credit crisis that is driving the U.S. into another soon to be recession. Last recession was in 2002, but I predict this one to be much worse in the long run. Damn man.......I'm outtie 5000(Thats some old school shit or urban slanguage for you all not in the know).

Depressed In The A.M.

It's late around 1:44am EST. I can't sleep. I'm depressed, keep reading about the economy, oil prices, housing market, presidential candidates, and also receiving(Reading) bills My wife and I no longer can afford to pay, like utilities Keyspan(Heat) and Nstar (Electricity). Also other debts I owe that I'm not at liberty to discuss because I won't.

I tell you man..... this world is going straight down the drain. I'm poor like most folks I know, and don't know how, we as poor folks are going to survive much longer(Off of petty low wage income). Food prices are starting to become unbearable as well. Calling for take-out and going grocery shopping, to cook one nights worth of food are almost identical in cost.

Steak, fish, ground beef, and chicken are all about $5-10 dollars for a pound or more. Ordering out for a large pizza for two is about the same $10 dollars. No big difference in price. Lets not even talk about rent (That takes up %70-80 of are monthly income). I know everyone pays rent, just speaking for low income folks like myself. I don't know man........I'm just stressed out, tired, sick of struggling sometimes.

I use this blog to vent to the world (Nobody cares anyway) so I have no problem doing it. Grimms out.

Wife Is The Breadwinner?

Be careful when your wife is the breadwinner. You have to deal with extra added stress, pressure, and your failures being brought out into the open every time you and your spouse get into an argument. Well I can't speak for everyone but I think I can speak for most men in this ego draining position.

If I had it my way... I would be the bread winner. Right now things ain't that great for me in the financial department. I just hate when women throw the fact that they have a good job and carry the weight, and use THAT against you.

I just know what to do when things get upward for me again(When I get on my feet). Arguments due to low finances suck. Everyone seems to think if your not in a high financial bracket now of days, you don't mean shit and have no worth in life. I beg the differ, but whatever....

Remember this blog is about my personal thoughts, website that I'm still working on, current events, and whatever else I feel like talking about. I'm a moody person. I also say what I feel and do what I do. I don't conform to nobody and nothing. Maybe in the end? That's my problem. Anyways happy Tuesday all. Grimms out.

Firefox High Memory Usage

I'm perplexed right now. Every time I open up Firefox 2.0.0.12 my memory usage gets to around 140MB's and sometimes higher when I view the memory usage in task manager, this is only after about 20 minutes of browsing. I use Firefox for everything except Myspace.com and Allhiphop.com for browsing (IE7 Browser) works better for those sites.

I also tend to leave Firefox open for long periods of time. Sometimes even a day or two. I don't know I been Googling and Yahoo Searching solutions for my current dilemma. I'll update you all(Myself really) when I have a solution.

Firefox 3 is currently in the beta phase of things. Lets hope they solve this memory usuage problem in version 3.

4 Career Risks Worth Trying

4 Career Risks Worth Trying: "4 Career Risks Worth Trying"

Anyone who needs some good career tips should digest into this article below. I know for myself personally, most jobs I take I hate within a few months. Sometimes even a few weeks. I get bored easily, or I feel like there is no way I can advance my career in a certain company. Or simply pay is too low, which you really can't bitch about (If you want to keep your job). Playing it safe is not always a good thing people!.

Alter on Obama's Race Speech | Newsweek Voices - Jonathan Alter | Newsweek.com

Alter on Obama's Race Speech | Newsweek Voices - Jonathan Alter | Newsweek.com: "Ringing the Bell

What Obama's speech says about the man who gave it.
Mar 18, 2008 | Updated: 4:37 p.m. ET Mar 18, 2008"

I think the speech Barack Obama gave yesterday in philly was quite historic. He touched on a very touchy subject, Race. He talked about how White Americans view Blacks (When not at work or behind closed doors). He explained how Blacks view Whites and the struggles, adversity, tension, and cultural segregation that race issues in the U.S., America and around the world bring and hinder upon us as a society, nation, and country in general. I'm glad he didn't throw his minister "under the bus" for spewing self hate rhetoric towards slavery from the past, 911, racism, and the war on classes (Poor, Middle Class, Rich). HE smeared him alitle bit, but they are still friends and he will remain Obama's pastor. I would like to hear Barack Obama speak and elaborate on issues like Education, Rising Gas Prices, Health Care, Jobs, and the war (Bringing the troops home)a bit more. We will just have to wait in see what the future holds. I still don't think America is ready for a black president, even though we are more then ready for one. In my opinion.

Wife and The Couch

It's 3:21am EST time. My wife has to get up for work in the early morning and decided to kick me out the room to accompany the household couch. Ouch....I know men, this what are wives do when they are mad and/or need sleep.

I'm not tired and was watching television in the bedroom, wifey didn't take a liken to this bold act. Anywho...I decided to blog about this too rare of an occurrence to anyone who views my blog(Myself). G-O-O-D N-I-G-H-T all.

Learning XHTML and CSS 2.0

Just relaxing learning how to mark up in XHTML and CSS 2. I need to master this to present to the world my site Mysterygrimms.com. Right now this is the official blog for my website, not the actual website.

Learning XHTML and Cascading Style Sheets is fun but also quite challenging. I'm still trying to get the grip on things like Style Sheets, Depreciation, Parents and Child, DOCTYPES (Althought I use XHTML Transitional at the moment, may switch to strict).

Well I'm listening to Portishead's "Dummy" LP awaiting the new Portishead "Third" LP. Beth Gibbons is real creative and original. This will also be the first LP in over 10 years and third LP, hence the name. I'm out.

New York Governor Eliot Spitzer has SEX with Prostitutes NY

It's a wrap for this JOHN. I pray for his family. His wife is strong just to be able to stand beside this Hooker lover. MSNBC is reporting that this DUDE spend over 80k on dirty loving. Damn...Homie!

Up Early

It's 7:53am EST time. I'm up early, my wife went to work and i'm in my house watching some old Vanilla Ice movie called "Cold As Ice" on HBO. I never knew this cat even had a movie. Anyways i'm off to learn more about blogging and how to improve this sites for my viewers(I mean me).

Tuesday, March 11, 2008

I'm new to blogging, bare with me.

This new blogging interest I conjured up... is quite interesting. I'm just trying to get the hang of all this shit. Scurrying other blog pages for ideas and how to properly write my uninteresting blogs for the masses to see(actually probably 1 person or less).

Well?.... I'll give word back to all my blog subscribers(myself?), when I get a free moment(actually I have plenty of free moments at the time of this writing). Just nothing new to utter. In the meantime.... check out my Myspace page (I know shameless promotion).

www.myspace.com/mysterygrimms (Do what you will and be happy)

Bored...Just a little?

I. Am. Bored. Just a little? Just sitting here pondering what I evenually want to do with this blog. I mean.. I personally think of blogs as an electronic diary, to talk about yourself, your thoughts, and to reflect on whats going on in the moment, and to share past and present memories. Don't mind me though. Just spewing my useless banter as usual (Thats what my wife calls it, at home). How inviting. Off to finish listening to Zhane. Very good talented girl R&B group that is no more. They were real hip in 1994 though. I use to love "Hey Mr. DJ", "Vibes" and "Changes".

Gas prices hit record, will keep climbing for now: Financial News - Yahoo! Finance: "Gas prices hit record, will keep climbing for now"

I tell ya... gas prices are rising faster then I can stand up these days. Here in Boston, gas prices have already hit the $3.00 mark. I guarantee by the end of summer, gas prices will be around $4.00 or more per gallon. Some states are already at $4 per gallon or more. I can tell you, my wife and I, personally are already feeling the effects.

SoCal thrift store worker returns $30g - Yahoo! News

I really commend this lady for returning 30K?($30,000.00 buckaroo's). Yep I said it $30,000.00 dollars. Does this make sense? I don't think it would be me. But in the end i'm glad the family got their money back. Originally it was an 80 year old lady who donated her life savings to this thrift store. Read the original article below please.

SoCal thrift store worker returns $30g - Yahoo! News: "SoCal thrift store worker returns $30g

Sun Mar 9, 6:13 AM ET

POMONA, Calif. - A thrift store worker in Southern California says she didn't think twice about returning $30,000 she found in donated clothing.

Barbarita Nunez was sorting clothes on Tuesday at the Veterans Thrift Store when she found a small box. Inside was an envelope of cash. Nunez said at first she thought the money was fake. But just in case, she gave it to her supervisor.

The money turned out to belong to a woman who had recently died. It was returned to her family, who gave Nunez a cash reward.

Nunez said she will send some of the reward to Mexico so her mother can have an eye operation and will use the rest to buy a digital camera."

Ten Reasons You're A Couch Potato - MSN Health & Fitness - Fitness

Heres an excerpt from an article regarding lazy people like myself. It's tough out here these days. Exercising is not one of my strong points. Just ask my wife..exercise you say? Hmmm... Interesting.

Ten Reasons You're A Couch Potato - MSN Health & Fitness - Fitness: "Ten Reasons You're A Couch Potato
by Allison Van Dusen for Forbes.com"

We all know exercise is good for us.

Regular physical activity, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, can lower people's risk of a heart attack, colon cancer, diabetes and high blood pressure, as well as help with weight control, relieve arthritis pain and even reduce symptoms of depression. It can also cut down on visits to the hospital and doctor's office, as well as the need for medications.

Apparently, however, that's not enough to get us up off our couches and into the gym. More than half of U.S. adults don't engage in activity levels consistent with public health recommendations--and 24% aren't active at all in their free time.

The most common excuse: a lack of time. On top of commuting and working 60 to 80 hour weeks, you have a spouse and children competing for attention at home. By the end of the day, the need for sleep tends to override any desire to get fit. A 2007 University of Pittsburgh physical activity study, for instance, found that having a baby alone can cause men to work out almost 4.5 fewer hours per week, while women's activity levels fell by 1.3 hours.

N.Y. governor apologizes after prostitution link

N.Y. governor apologizes after prostitution link

Spitzer doesn't directly cite allegation first reported by N.Y. Times

NEW YORK - Gov. Eliot Spitzer apologized to his family and the public on Monday, but did not not elaborate on a bombshell report that he has been involved in a prostitution ring.

"I have acted in a way that violates my obligations to my family ... my sense of right and wrong," he said at a news conference at his Manhattan office. "I must now dedicate some time to rededicate my trust to my family."

Spitzer's wife stood at his side, her hands behind her back and her eyes cast downward, as he made the statement.

Looks like this John got caught with his pants up to me. They have been covering this piece of breaking news, all day on MSNBC. Looks like this guy will not run for "President" anytime soon. All the top political experts are talking about possible charges (Details are still quite hazy for the time being). They even have text messages and wiretaps on the dude. Tough luck....lets hope his family is alright and still intact.

THE WIRE HAS COME TO AN END

McCartney reportedly inks deal with Apple

Here's some interesting Beatles news for Beatles fans. I was scurrying the interWebz and felt like blogging about it. I think their music is pretty good, well...was in a sense. I also think Paul McCartney made a very wise decision to ink this deal with Apple. Now you'll be able to hear classic Beatles Tunes on iTunes. They have a helluva back catalogue. Original article below.
McCartney reportedly inks deal with Apple: "McCartney reportedly inks deal with Apple

By Jeff Smykil | Published: March 09, 2008 - 07:43PM CT

Multiple UK news outlets are reporting today that Sir Paul McCartney has reached a deal with Apple to offer the Beatles catalog on the iTunes Store. The deal, reportedly worth $400 million, comes after months and months of speculation and relentless torrents of rumors. As best as we can tell, this is the real deal, and will lead to the most popular band of all time finally finding its way onto an online marketplace.

While McCartney will be keeping much of the money, several other parties stand to benefit from the deal. It is being reported that portions of the sum will be going to families of the deceased members of the Beatles, Ringo Starr, Sony, EMI, and the former owner of the catalog, Michael Jackson.

As of today there is no time frame as to when the catalog will appear online, but it seems to just be a matter of time. McCartney himself even said in November that the catalog would be making its way onto the the store some time in 2008 While we have heard this sort of thing time and time again, this might just be the real deal. Prepare yourself—Beatlemania is coming to iTunes."
